The Maxum 2400 has limited stern space — typical for boats under 30 feet. H+B engineered a compact lift system rated to 350 kg with a custom platform matched to the boat's lines. Water access transformed without disturbing the silhouette or sacrificing deck real estate.
The owner wanted to launch two tenders safely from one system. A custom dual-roller setup releases them in sequence with controlled descent — solving weight, space, and choreography in a single elegant install. Stern operations turn from chaotic to coordinated.
Outboards block direct water access — and conventional ladders or gangways struggle around them. The Ascender combines a hydraulic gangway and lift in a single elegant unit. Its stair geometry routes cleanly around outboard motors, giving guests safe, dignified boarding without removing the engines or rebuilding the transom.
