What exactly will you learn in the Technical Product Designer apprenticeship?
- Planning, preparation and calculation of components and assemblies
- Planning and design of products and components with 3D CAD software
- Creation and application of technical documents such as manufacturing documents and parts lists
- Differentiation and selection of materials and assembly techniques
- Selection of suitable manufacturing processes and materials with regard to costs and properties
- Collaboration in control and electrical engineering

Skilled with your hands and looking for the right apprenticeship? Then Industrial Mechanic is exactly the right thing for you!
Industrial Mechanics organise and control production processes and ensure that machines and production facilities are ready for operation. You learn to manufacture, set up or modify components and assemblies for machines. The maintenance and repair of operating systems and technical systems is also part of your tasks. For this, you select testing equipment, identify causes of faults and, for example, replace defective components or wear parts, check bearings and tighten screws.
The apprenticeship is right for you if you bring good spatial imagination and manual skills. Good knowledge in mathematics and physics is useful to you - it can make your working day easier. And last but not least, you bring a precise working style.
