Your mission with us:
Do you have a good sense for prices, quality and reliable suppliers? You don't just compare offers – you find the best solution? Then you're exactly right with us.
As a Purchaser, you're an important part of our team, making sure we receive materials and components in the right quality, at the right time and on the best terms. You keep an eye on the market, compare supplier lists, catalogues and online offers, and find economically sensible procurement paths.
You independently conduct negotiations on framework contracts, quantities and prices – based on clear guidelines and in close coordination with our Head of Purchasing. At the same time, you maintain regular exchange with our suppliers, gather detailed information and evaluate them in terms of quality, pricing and delivery reliability.
The creation of tenders as well as the maintenance and development of our supplier relationships also belong to your area of responsibility. When complaints arise, you investigate the causes in a structured manner, document the process cleanly, and develop improvements for our complaint process together with the team.
In addition, you monitor and document the delivery and quality reliability of our partners. You ensure the complete maintenance of all purchasing-relevant master data, review changes and keep order confirmations and delivery times up to date – always in close coordination with the Head of Purchasing.
Another important part of your work is the complete documentation of purchasing processes as well as transparent reporting to the Head of Purchasing. Additionally, you actively contribute to cost reduction measures and work closely with the purchasing team and other departments.
What you bring on board:
You have completed commercial training and have already gained solid initial experience in purchasing. Ideally, you have already completed the Purchasing Specialist (Fachwirt) qualification – or you're motivated to pursue it with our support.
You have technical interest as well as a good understanding of material and manufacturing processes. Technical drawings are also no mystery to you.
Confident handling of ERP systems and common MS Office applications is part of your daily work routine. You work in a structured manner with data, reliably keep track of delivery dates, prices and changes, and ensure clean documentation.
You work independently, enjoy taking responsibility, and impress with analytical thinking and negotiation skills. With your careful, precise and results-oriented working style, you're a reliable support for our Head of Purchasing and an important interface in purchasing.
Since you regularly negotiate and communicate with suppliers, internal departments and external partners, you have business-fluent German language skills (written and spoken) that enable you to communicate clearly and confidently in business situations.
What you get from us:
With us, you don't just get exciting tasks, but also the space to develop personally and professionally – whether through training, workshops or your Fachwirt qualification, which we're happy to support and finance.
Thanks to flextime, you work flexibly, and after careful, structured onboarding, you can work remotely for up to two days per week. This makes it easy to combine work and personal life.
In addition, you benefit from:
- a structured and comprehensive onboarding so you settle confidently into your new role.
- 30 days of vacation,
- 12.5 monthly salaries,
- the option of a generously subsidised company pension plan,
- JobRad bike leasing,
- a regular in-house health consultation,
- as well as a monthly tax-free benefit in kind.
