Unsere einklappbare Beiboot-Halterung verschwindet nach dem Verstauenvollständig in der Plattform. Die Badeplattform bleibt frei begehbar, stolperfrei undoptisch unverändert.
Die Konstruktion besteht aus elektropoliertem Edelstahl AISI 316L und ist damitkorrosionsbeständig, UV-resistent und für den dauerhaften Salzwassereinsatz ausgelegt.Verstellbare Seitenauflagen passen sich stufenlos an unterschiedliche Rumpfformen an, ob RIB, Festrumpfschlauchboot oder JetSki. Jedes System wird individuell für dasjeweilige Schiff konfiguriert und fertig montiert geliefert.
Die Konfiguration erfolgt in enger Abstimmung mit dem Kunden oder der Werft durch unser technisches Team in Münster. Alle Systeme werden vor dem Versand vollständig montiert, mit Hydrauliköl befüllt und einem Funktionstest unterzogen, für eine schnelle und reibungslose Installation an Bord.
Beiboote und JetSkis wiegen mehrere hundert Kilogramm und müssen bei Seegang absolut sicher fixiert sein. Gleichzeitig soll die Badeplattform frei bleiben, wenn der Tender im Wasser ist. Das Folding Tender Cradle verbindet beides: Die verstellbaren Seitenauflagen fixieren den Rumpf passgenau, und nach dem Auswassern klappt das gesamte System bündig in die Plattform ein. Kein Hindernis beim Baden, kein Stolperrisiko, keine sichtbare Technik — nur freier Raum.
Was das Fold Down Cradle von festen Tender Chocks unterscheidet: Nach dem Einklappen ist die Halterung nicht mehr sichtbar. Die Plattformoberfläche bleibt glatt und eben — das Erscheinungsbild der Yacht wird nicht beeinträchtigt. Gerade bei Charter-Yachten und Superyachten, wo das Heck zum Aushängeschild gehört, ist das ein entscheidender Vorteil gegenüber fest montierten Auflagen.

The Folding Tender Cradle is individually configured, allowing it to adapt to different tender and jet ski sizes. The adjustable side supports accommodate various hull shapes and widths. Maximum load capacity and dimensions are determined by the existing platform and defined during the project.
The mechanism is purely manual — no electrical connection or hydraulics are required at the cradle itself. The cradle is released and folds into a dedicated recess in the platform until it sits flush with the surface.
Fixed tender chocks remain permanently mounted on the platform — even when no tender is stored. The Folding Tender Cradle, by contrast, disappears entirely into the platform. This keeps the swim platform fully walkable and preserves the stern's appearance.
All systems are delivered fully pre-assembled and function-tested, ensuring fast and straightforward installation on board. Installation planning is coordinated with the client or shipyard in advance.
Electropolished AISI 316L stainless steel is extremely low-maintenance. Regular rinsing with fresh water is sufficient to remove salt deposits. No re-polishing or special corrosion protection is needed. The moving parts of the mechanism should be inspected during the yacht's regular maintenance intervals.
